Agent Script block dropping calls on Ohio BYOC failover path

Architect v2024.3.1 is running the show. Traffic shifts to the Ohio BYOC pool the second the primary trunk drops, and the Set Agent Script block immediately chokes. Console’s throwing a SCRIPT_ENGINE_TIMEOUT after exactly 12 seconds. SIP traces show the INVITE reaching the carrier gateway fine, but the 183 Session Progress never returns with the SDP payload. The media server’s not grabbing the script file from the asset library before the SIP dialog closes. Three other trunks run the exact same flow without hiccups. They don’t usually choke like this. Only the Ohio pool hits this wall. Script cache settings are set to default. Outbound routing rules are locked down to the same DID range. Maybe the carrier’s codec negotiation is stripping the audio track before the engine can hook in? G.711’s forced in the trunk config anyway. Logs show the mixer rejecting the request with a MIXER_UNAVAILABLE flag right when the failover triggers.
