I heard there is supposed to be an Administrators manuel for CCPulse somewhere around here. Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

That one I have found, maybe I misunderstood something but I thought there was a more extensive manual with guides for scripts etc?
Yes - but you need to search for it, within the Forum…
Try Search>“Rough Guides” and look for the one with “Real Time Reporting” on it…

You can browse for it on the Genesys Support web site, assuming you have access to it. Otherwise you’ll have to get it from your Genesys partner or supplier.
