ACD positions

Is there a document with all options you can add to the acd positions, especially the user override filed sip//@ipaddress/ OPTIONS ?

I would like to know this too. I have not seen anything like this yet.

I know there is a /I and a /VR option but I have no clue what they do or whether they are useful.
