This is sunil…i would like to know the functionalities of OCS.
And how the servers will interact with each other and flow ofrequests from login-getting data–dialing–hangup–updating-- logout from dialer.
OCS must connect to TServer.
TServer get data form to Agent Desktop.
OCS get data from to TServer,whose some states of agetn.
