Totally understandable frustration - these connector issues can be a pain. We’re on Zoom Contact Center, and a data action with a web service connector is failing with a 400 Bad Request. It’s happening inside an Architect flow after queue entry, attempting to send a message to a conversation. The documentation states the payload should be a JSON object with a from and to field - which is what we’re sending.

The connector logs show the full request body is being sent, but the Zoom API is rejecting it. We’ve verified the contact ID and phone number are valid. I’ve checked the Zoom developer portal, and the conversation ID is formatted correctly. Any thoughts?
