The PATCH /v2/contact_center/queues/{queueId}/members endpoint is returning a 400 Bad Request with the body {"status": "failure", "code": "invalid_parameter"}. It’s happening inside a self-hosted n8n workflow when attempting to bulk update the role of several members.
Verified the queueId is valid and the memberId exists in the account. The HTTP Request node is configured with Content-Type: application/json and uses a valid OAuth2 token. Logic flow involves a Split In Batches node to avoid rate limits, but the error triggers immediately on the first item.
Payload being sent:
{
"members": [
{
"memberId": "1234567890",
"role": "supervisor"
}
]
}
Tried sending the request via cURL outside of n8n and it failed with the same invalid_parameter response. Not 100% sure if the role string is case-sensitive or if the members array requires a specific schema. Testing with a different memberId didn’t change the result.
