Zendesk-to-GC: 400 Error on Custom Field Mapping in Data Action

How should I properly to map complex Zendesk custom fields to Genesys Cloud interactions? The migration logic feels totally different from our old setup. Getting a 400 Bad Request when trying to inject metadata.

  1. Defined custom field in Zendesk for ‘priority_level’.
  2. Created corresponding field in GC Interaction Builder.
  3. Used Data Action to map source field to destination.
  4. Received validation error on payload structure.

Any tips for aligning these schemas?
