Zendesk Ticket Status to Genesys Interaction Mapping API Error

Looking for advice on mapping Zendesk ticket statuses to Genesys Cloud interaction attributes. The POST /v2/interactions request returns a 400 Bad Request with message “Invalid attribute value”. We are migrating ticket fields to Genesys custom attributes, but the API rejects the mapped status codes. Is there a specific format required for the attribute payload when converting Zendesk data to Genesys interactions?
