Zendesk Ticket Creation Data Action 401 Unauthorized

Can anyone explain why the Zendesk Create Ticket Data Action returns a 401 error despite valid OAuth2 credentials?

  1. Configured Zendesk app credentials in Genesys Cloud integration settings.
  2. Added Data Action block to Architect flow mapping ticket subject and description.
  3. Tested connection successfully, but live execution fails with unauthorized access.

The Zendesk API docs state the scope write_tickets is required. Is this mapping correctly to the Genesys Cloud OAuth scopes during migration?
