Can anyone explain why the Zendesk Create Ticket Data Action returns a 401 error despite valid OAuth2 credentials?
- Configured Zendesk app credentials in Genesys Cloud integration settings.
- Added Data Action block to Architect flow mapping ticket subject and description.
- Tested connection successfully, but live execution fails with unauthorized access.
The Zendesk API docs state the scope write_tickets is required. Is this mapping correctly to the Genesys Cloud OAuth scopes during migration?
