X-Genesys- makes Trunk gw call fail

Hi guys
I have a problem with a carrier, when I call to GVP using it, the SIP Server attaches the X-Genesys headers to the SDP at the OK message, but seems the length of this KVPs are a problem for them
Is there a way to tell SIP Server not to send them to the Trunk?

SIP trunk from carrier into SIP Server to GVP? Cube, SBC? What message do you get when it fails?

Trunk to carrier.
What happens is that the carrier doesn’t send an ACK after the 200 from Invite
Yes, we have a SBC in the middle but problem comes from the Carrier

Try setting the sip-proxy-headers-enabled to false on that trunk. I know it works for generated messages, but I’m not sure it will have the same effect on replies
