Wrong Database Entry in ETL DB

Hi,

I am facing issue wherein double database entry is happening in ETL DB.
Eg. If person is logged in for 4500 seconds, it’s showing as 9000 seconds in ETL DB.
Genesys Version: 7.6

Please suggest if anybody having any idea to resolve such issue?

Remember a hotfix for that. Check Release notes and upgrade to last version
