I doubt that you would be able to obtain any Genesys training material without attending the relevant course. I do not believe there are currently any guides to Routing although I have it on good authority that an authorised “Genesys for Dummies” is in the making at present.

If you have access to the Support site, they have developed a PDF with sample strategies in it.
Though I do agree with Tony there are usually certain things that are covered in classes that are not listed (or apparent) in the documentation.
