followed the docs.genesys.com (https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/HTCC/8.5.2/Dep/Welcome) still struggling . it runs once generates cloud.log, which I wasn’t able to find any valuable information and new tries:

but, externalApiUrlV2 was defined application.yaml

and exit: Failed to start Genesys Web Services and Applications.
