Work around for VAG based on "LoggedIn" on Multimedia switch?

Hi,

Genesys dosn’t support “LoggedIn” on digital channels.
I want a VAG where is see agents logged in to the MultiMedia switch.

I see them if the log in to Voice as well but I need to see the even if toy log in to the digital channels only.

Has anyone a workaround for this?

Hi Jansson,

As I see, you want to see agent activities like ready, not ready agent states for non-voice media channels. Otherwise for LoggedIn agent’s statistic, you need to do the following;

CME–>CCPulse–>Option–>CustomStatistic–>ExtendedCurrentStatus–>true

CME–>Resources–>Switches–>MultiMediaSwitch–>Agent Logins → Create Agent Login Id and assign it to multimedia agent.
