Hi all. Where do I could find deeper informations about GVP architecture and server/processes roles?
I mean the role a specific element is intended for: IPCM, IPCS, EMPS, EMS, etc. and for processess running on IPCM, i.e.

Hi Kubig, thanks. Already tryed searching for processes names in docs I have, but no result…
The only docs I saw a description of process is in Training documentation (deployment course).
I don’t have my book with me, but let me check my gvp deployment course materials this evening (I’m eastern time :))

For process names there is no specific documentation, never have been for any Genesys product or similar…
You learn them by installing and following installation path and the product they belong to.
Why you need this info? Troubleshooting? Don’t think so as you may only need to reset GVP processes via SCI only.

FYI: …some processes will have unique instance names and they can be auto-invoked and auto-terminated too…
