Why is this setting causing 403 Forbidden errors when triggering bulk exports for digital channel transcripts under legal hold in Genesys Cloud 2024-02?
The S3 integration policy seems correct, yet the /api/v2/architect/data/export endpoint fails specifically for webchat sessions tagged with legal_hold: true.
Standard voice recordings export without issue, but digital channels return an AccessDenied from the S3 bucket policy.
Has anyone seen a mismatch between the export service IAM role and the digital channel metadata bucket?
