Why does this setting block Zendesk skill mapping?
Mapping Zendesk groups to Genesys Cloud skills via the Platform API (PUT /api/v2/organizations/current/attributes) returns a 400 Bad Request with invalid_attribute_value. We are migrating from Zendesk Support and trying to automate skill assignment. The payload matches the schema, but GC rejects the external ID mapping.
