Why does this setting in the Genesys Cloud CX v2.10.3 SDK cause a 403 Forbidden when agents try to swap shifts via the self-service portal? We are in America/Chicago and the Architect flow for schedule adherence seems to be rejecting valid trades that match all WFM rules. Need a fix before the weekly publish.
