where to get document about these classes used in GAD (Java)(not AIL SDK)

Except for AIL java sdk, There are many other genesys classes used in GAD,
like com.genesyslab.uadthin.****, where can I get the document about these classes?

Hi Kevin,

There is no documentation for these classes as these represent the core of GDesktop. GDesktop is a product not SDK.

I’m working on GAD recently, how do you think GAD’S market prospect? is it getting more popular? or just kind of demo applcation?

Hi Kevin,

Based on my personal experience, I can say that GDesktop is quite popular between Genesys customers and it is the CTI agent desktop application they use in the first step usually. This is true mainly for smaller deployments but I’ve seen a customer using GDesktop for thousands of agents.

GDesktop isn’t definitely a demo It is standard licensed product that provides all functionality provided by Genesys products.
