Where is the Default_ChatTranscript

Hi!

I am using the Chat Transcript module in IRD and in the properties for Standard response i have : Default_ChatTranscript. Where can i see that ? Where is it located?

Where in IRD exactly?
Have you imported the MCR components using the Knowledge Manager?
