…I think I may have asked this before but it was some time ago and we may all be a bit wiser now…
What’s your views on Infomart/ICON, in relation to the current offering of ccon? How would it fit your business model? Do you have to do a lot of customization? Are you waiting for an reporting interface with canned reports before you move forwards, too…?
One for me would be trying to justify the cost - has anyone conducted a successful/approved ROI study on Infomart, yet?
