What versions of Linux are supported by GVP 8.x ?

From deployment guide GVP8.x currently only supports RHEL 5.4.

Does this mean that Genesys will only support this specific RHEL version 5.4 or any subsequent version in 5.x ?

Has there been any new release from GVP 8.x which supports versions above RHEL 5.4 (e.g. RHEL 5.8 or RHEL 6) ?

Hi,

RHEL 5.4 is the latest officially supported release. I think that it will work even on higher 5.x version but Genesys didn’t test it.

I would recommend you opening ticket with Genesys Support to find out what is on roadmap.
