What is the URL for EWT ?

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I need to play EWT to a caller ? I am using composer workflow. I have heard that there is an API for this. How do I use it to play EWT? What are the parameters I need to pass in the URL?

No API, you need to use a statistic to get that info.

There actually is an API - the URS web server that you can access from IRD with ‘RequestRouter’

From CallBack (GM) Guide:

Query URS To retrieve the Expected Waiting Time (EWT) for callback, you can use the lvq method of the URS Web API and directly query the following URS URL:

http://:/urs/call/max/lvq?name=VQ_Name&aqt=urs&tenant=TenantName
To view additional URS lvq input parameters and output information, open a browser with URS running and run the help method for lvq as follows:

http://:/urs/help/call/lvq
The help method is described in the Universal Routing 8.1 Reference Manual, Appendix C, “Supported Methods.”

But there requirements like URS version and what type of VQ

He is using Composer, so no need for API. Just use a statistic to get EWT as Cavagnaro sugessed

?? Composer doesn’t has nothing to do…it is just a client
As for the API is latest URS HTTP who provides it, the server, client could be Composer or any other
