What is the correct way to handle bot conversation context in multi-org AppFoundry?

Is there a clean way to maintain conversation context when a bot routes across organizations in our AppFoundry integration? We are seeing context loss during handoffs.

Environment details:

  • Genesys Cloud v14.2
  • AppFoundry Multi-Org OAuth
  • Python SDK 1.12.0
  • Custom Bot Flow

The issue occurs specifically when the bot transitions from the primary org to a secondary service org via the platform API.
