We need to link IVR path data to digital channel recordings for chain of custody.

Current Architect flow sets custom attributes.

Bulk export JSON shows null for these fields.

Environment: Genesys Cloud v2024.09.

Does the Recording API require specific parameter flags?

Legal teams need full audit trails.

Standard export seems to drop IVR context.
