Need some help troubleshooting 403 forbidden when calling post /api/v2/workforcemanagement/businessunits/{businessUnitId}/weeks/{weekId}/schedules/{scheduleId}/update. happens only when agent pii fields are included in payload for chicago env running v24.5.0. tried adding scope wfm:schedule:write but still getting blocked by security policy. any ideas?
