Trying to push forecast updates via the WFM API. The payload looks clean but it’s rejecting the whole batch. We’ve got 1200 agents and any slip in the interval formatting kills the sync.
Tried swapping the date format to ISO 8601 and reducing the batch size to 50 records, but still getting the same 400. The endpoint is /api/v2/wfm/forecast/import
