Need some troubleshooting help with a 500 Internal Server Error when calling POST /api/v2/wfm/schedules/publish in our Chicago environment. We are running Genesys Cloud v24.5.0 and the payload includes valid shift swap data.
Any ideas why the API fails only when agent self-service trades are included?
