WFM API 409 Conflict on Bulk Schedule Publish

How should I properly to resolve 409 conflicts when publishing weekly schedules for our Chicago team?

  • Using the /api/v2/wfm/schedules/users/{userId}/publish endpoint.
  • Getting 409 errors for users with pending shift swap requests.
  • Need to know if the API requires manual resolution of swaps before publish or if there is a force flag available.
