WebSocket drops in Genesys AppFoundry Cognigy integration

The WebSocket connection to our Cognigy bot keeps timing out after 30 seconds. The Genesys AppFoundry container logs show a clean close, but the audio stream cuts out instantly. We’re using the standard wss://api-us.genesys.cloud/api/v2/analytics/events/realtime endpoint. Is there a keep-alive setting we’re missing? The latency spikes are killing the IVR flow.
