WebSocket drops and audio lag in Cognigy AppFoundry integration

Running a Cognigy bot in AppFoundry. WebSocket connections to /api/v2/platform/websocket/events drop every 60s despite keep-alive. Audio latency spikes to 800ms on reconnect. Using the standard SDK client with default ping intervals. Is there a specific header or config needed for long-lived streams in this setup? Connection logs show 1006 close codes repeatedly.
