Trying to understand why WebSocket connections drop at 80 concurrent users in our BYOC environment. Using JMeter with 100 threads hitting the Genesys Cloud edge endpoint.
Getting immediate connection resets after the first 20 seconds of load. No 429 errors, just silent drops in the client logs.
Is there a hard limit on concurrent WebSocket sessions per edge node that I am missing?
