Does anyone know why WebSocket connections drop with code 1006 after 30 seconds?
The test targets the US-East region. JMeter uses 50 concurrent threads polling presence updates.
API calls work fine individually. The issue appears only under load. No 429 errors returned.
Using the latest Genesys Cloud SDK. Need help stabilizing the connection for accurate performance metrics.
