WebRTC Trunk Failover Latency on ap-southeast-1

Context:
Managing 15 BYOC trunks in Singapore. WebRTC sessions drop during carrier failover tests. SIP REGISTER status remains stable, but media packets show 400ms jitter spikes. Using Genesys Cloud Web SDK v3.2.1. No specific error codes in the browser console, just degraded audio quality.

Question:
Is it possible to configure custom timeout thresholds for WebRTC reconnection logic within the BYOC trunk settings? The default behavior seems too aggressive for our regional carrier latency profiles.
