Stuck on WebRTC softphone failing to initialize in automated test harness.
Environment:
- Provider genesyscloud v1.68.4
- Region AU-1 (BYOC)
- Genesys Cloud SDK v2.4.1
The flow deploys via Terraform without error. The softphone resource genesyscloud_softphone applies successfully. However, the CLI test script returns 500 when attempting to validate the WebSocket connection for the deployed softphone configuration. The config JSON matches the working public edge setup exactly.
