Context:
Running JMeter 5.6.2 from Singapore against Genesys Cloud WebRTC SDK. Targeting platform_api. Script simulates softphone login and media stream establishment. Handshakes fail with 403 Forbidden when threads hit 300. Lower concurrency works fine.
Question:
Is it possible to configure a higher WebSocket connection limit for load testing? Need to validate call capacity planning. Current setup hits rate limits or auth errors at scale. Any JMeter config tips for handling these 403s during WebRTC handshake?
