Looking for advice on why the WebRTC softphone exhibits 800ms latency while queue metrics remain nominal in our EU-West BYOC environment? The issue persists across Chrome 114 and the Genesys Cloud Desktop client. Dashboard performance views show avg_handle_time is stable, yet agents report audio degradation during conversation_detail playback. Is this a known network_quality threshold limitation?
