WebRTC Softphone Latency Spike in EU-West BYOC

Does anyone understand why the WebRTC softphone exhibits 800ms latency while queue metrics remain nominal in our EU-West BYOC environment? The issue persists across Chrome 114 and the Genesys Cloud Desktop app.

“WebRTC connections require UDP ports 50000-59999 to be open for optimal media routing.”

Firewall rules are confirmed open, yet the performance dashboard shows no corresponding increase in jitter or packet loss.
