Is it possible to pass the conversationId from a WebRTC softphone call directly into a ServiceNow Data Action for screen pop?
Error: Missing conversation context in payload
The WebSocket stream provides the ID, but the Architect Data Action webhook payload seems to strip it out before hitting the REST endpoint.
