Could someone clarify why the Genesys Cloud WebRTC softphone fails to initialize during our Zendesk Support migration? The browser console throws a NotAllowedError when accessing the microphone, even though permissions are granted in the OS settings.
We are mapping Zendesk voice widgets to the Genesys Cloud UX interface. The standard Zendesk flow works, but the Genesys Cloud WebRTC connection drops immediately upon agent login in Chrome 120.
Is there a specific configuration in the Architect flow or the WebRTC settings that differs from the legacy Zendesk setup? We are using the latest Genesys Cloud SDK and need this resolved before the cutover.
