WebRTC Softphone Fallback to PSTN During Migration

Just noticed that the WebRTC softphone drops calls during peak load, forcing a fallback to PSTN. In Zendesk Talk, we never saw this latency spike. Is there a specific media-region setting in Genesys Cloud that mirrors Zendesk’s reliability? We are using the genesys-cloud-web-sdk v5.2.0 and see STUN_TIMEOUT errors in the browser console. Need to ensure our migrated agents don’t face this disruption.
