WebRTC softphone fails to initialize on migrated agents

Looking for advice on WebRTC initialization failures during our Zendesk to Genesys Cloud migration.

Context:
Agents using the Genesys Cloud softphone encounter a PermissionDeniedError when accessing the getUserMedia API in Chrome 120. This happens on the https://<org>-my.genesis.com domain. In Zendesk, the browser permission prompt was handled differently, and we did not encounter this specific blocking error. The agents are in the Europe/Paris timezone, but the issue occurs regardless of region.

Question:
Is there a specific meta tag or configuration required in the Genesys Cloud admin portal to ensure the WebRTC stream initializes correctly for migrated users? We are using the standard out-of-the-box softphone widget.
