Need some help troubleshooting WebRTC connection failures. Agent resource deployed via genesyscloud_user and genesyscloud_routing_user_settings in Sydney prod. No UI changes. Browser console shows STUN server unreachable.
- Apply TF config for new agent.
- Login to Web App.
- Softphone icon remains red.
- F12 logs show 403 on
/api/v2/communications/rtc.
Any known TF state drift causing RTC auth issues?
