Configuration is broken for some reason when JMeter hits 50 concurrent WebSocket connections. The softphone disconnects immediately with 401 Unauthorized errors.
Using Genesys Cloud US1. Standard Architect flow with no complex logic. SDK version 2.5.0.
Rate limits seem fine. Is there a specific WebSocket capacity setting missing in the admin console?
