WebRTC softphone disconnects on queue entry

Why does this setting in the Architect flow trigger immediate WebRTC disconnections when agents enter a specific priority queue? The softphone drops the connection with no console errors, yet standard voice queues remain stable. This impacts our agent performance metrics significantly.

Have you tried checking the WFM schedule adherence logs? Sometimes bulk publishing triggers a temporary audit suppression if the service account lacks specific permissions.
