Stumbled on a weird bug today with the WebRTC softphone dropping connections exactly when the WFM schedule publishes at 17:00 CST. We are on Genesys Cloud v24.5.0 in the Chicago environment with the latest browser SDK.
The error log shows a 408 Request Timeout on the signaling endpoint, but the media region settings are definitely correct. This happens only for agents whose shifts are ending at that specific boundary.
Has anyone seen this specific timeout behavior tied to the WFM publish event? Need a workaround before the next weekly push.
