WebRTC Softphone Connection Failures in Architect Flow

Does anyone understand why the WebRTC softphone is failing to establish connections for agents in our EU-West environment? The Architect flow triggers the ‘Join Queue’ task, but agents report a ‘Connection Refused’ error after 30 seconds. The Performance dashboard shows zero active conversations for these agents, despite successful login. This impacts our SLA reporting significantly. Any insights would be appreciated.
