Looking for advice on handling WebSocket disconnects. The softphone drops connections after 2 minutes of idle time during load testing. No specific error code, just connection reset by peer. Is there a keep-alive setting in the API config that helps with high concurrency? The standard heartbeat seems insufficient for this volume.
