Having some config trouble here…
Running JMeter to simulate 50 concurrent WebRTC softphone connections via the platform_api. The WebSocket handshake succeeds initially, but connections drop with a 1006 code after 30 seconds under load. Using Genesys Cloud SDK v2.1.0. Rate limits seem fine, but the throughput caps out unexpectedly. Is there a specific connection pool setting I am missing in the thread group configuration?
