Just noticed that the WebRTC softphone configuration drifts immediately after a clean Terraform apply. The HCL matches the API response, yet the next refresh shows a hash mismatch on the media_region attribute.

Question:
Is this a known provider bug or a caching issue? Looking for a workaround to suppress this false positive drift.
